Robbery Suspect Fleeing On Bike Arrested

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. -

Winter Garden police arrested a man they say was behind a violent robbery Monday night.

Police say 20-year-old Christopher Anderson entered the victim's home at The Shady Glen Apartments and threatened him with a gun.

According to police, Anderson demanded phones and wallets, which the victim handed over without a fight.

No shots were fired and no one was injured, police say.

Police say they later caught Anderson a few blocks away as he was fleeing on a bicycle.

Police also arrested 24-year-old Mattie Diane Hobbs, his possible accomplice. According to police she was seen in the area at the time of the robbery.

Both were taken to the Orange County Jail.
