About the Band:
Band of Horses is singer/guitarist Ben Bridwell, drummer Creighton Barrett, multi-instrumentalist Ryan Monroe, bassist Bill Reynolds and guitarist Tyler Ramsey. The Charleston, SC, outfit emerged with their first full-length album, Everything All The Time, featuring the epic “The Funeral,” which appeared in numerous television shows and commercials. Their 2007 sophomore effort, Cease to Begin, included the band's first charting single, “Is There A Ghost,” and the stunning “No One's Gonna Love You,” while 2010's Infinite Arms reached #7 on the Billboard 200, received a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Alternative Album and featured “Laredo,” one of Rolling Stone’s “50 Best Songs of 2010.” The group’s latest single, “Knock Knock,” precedes their fourth album, Mirage Rock, which will be available in stores on Sept. 18. Band of Horses has spent the summer touring as special guests of My Morning Jacket, performing at numerous festivals and preparing for a worldwide tour in support of Mirage Rock, including a run with Willie Nelson on the 2012 Railroad Revival Tour.
