OSCEOLA, Fla. -

Police are investigating a crash that left one man dead and three others seriously injured Thursday night in Osceola.

Officials say the accident happened at approximately 7:22 p.m. on U.S. 192.

According to a report, Christina Johnson, 25, was driving east on U.S. 192 approaching Deer Park Road when for an unknown reason she lost control, and crossed over the median and into the westbound lanes, traveling directly into the path of an oncoming vehicle.

Johnson drove in front of the oncoming vehicle, causing it to strike the side of Johnson's car, causing her passenger, 25-year-old Matthew Mize, to be ejected from the vehicle.

Mize was pronounced dead at the scene.

Johnson, along with the two people who were in the second vehicle, were all listed in serious condition.
