Investigators say a 15-year-old was arrested after breaking into a convenience store twice to steal alcoholic beverages.

OCALA, Fla. -

Marion County Sheriffs Investigators say a 15-year-old was arrested after breaking into a convenience store twice to steal alcoholic beverages.

Officials said it happened at the Kwik King Food Store on U.S. Highway 441 in Ocala.

The suspect, who we are not naming because of his age, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with commercial burglary and grand theft.

On surveillance video from the convenience store, you can see the beginning of the cat burglar's break-in early Wednesday morning. Pieces of the ceiling start raining down, right in front of the surveillance camera.

Within minutes, two legs drop down. The ax used to smash a hole through the ceiling is seen being tossed to the floor.

Using the shelves as a ladder, Marion County Sheriff's investigators say the 15-year-old lowers himself, then helps himself to hundreds of dollars worth of the alcoholic beverage Four Loko and Monster energy drinks.

Store roof Investigators say he broke in through the roof a second time on Thursday morning. In the second burglary, he's accused of stealing coins and more alcoholic drinks.

A spokesman from the sheriff's office says a detective recognized the teenager on that video and found him hiding inside a vacant home Thursday afternoon.
