21-year-old wounded in drive-by shooting in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. -

A 21-year-old was shot in a drive-by shooting Friday morning in Orlando, according to police.

The victim was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in stable condition after the shooting, which occurred around 3:40 a.m. at 5255 Cinderlane Parkway at The Reserve At Rosemont apartments.

Orlando police said someone inside a silver vehicle with tinted windows fired shots as it drove by the area.  The victim was struck in the right leg and taken to the hospital.

No other details, including the gender of the victim, were released by police.
