ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -

A woman was arrested on DUI charges after a sport utility truck struck three people late Wednesday outside a popular Bike Week hangout in Ormond Beach.

Eunice Cich, 52, of Toronto, Ohio, (pictured below) was arrested after the crash, which happened around 11:30 p.m. near the Iron Horse Saloon on U.S. 1 near Airport Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

According to troopers, Sherry Ann Pyle, 44, of Palm Coast was taken to Halifax Hospital in critical condition.

Daniel Reilley, 61, and Dale Cicero, 52, of Palm Coast, were also taken to the hospital with serious injuries, troopers said.

According to the FHP, Cich was driving southbound on U.S. 1 approaching Airport Road as the pedestrians were trying to cross the street.  The pedestrians walked into the direct path of the vehicle and were struck, the FHP said.

Troopers said Cich had a blood alcohol content of 0.104 percent, above the state legal driving limit of 0.08.

Witnesses said crowds were gathered outside the bar for a Bike Week event when the crash occurred.
