Metal thieves stole folding chairs and copper Sunday from an Orlando church.

According to the Orlando Police Department, the items were stolen from City of Praise Family Church at 1032 Robinson St.

The chairs were valued at $200, as was the copper, according to police.

Police said the church had no signs of forced entry, but an officer found a vent cover in one of the rooms hanging down and two buckets stacked below it.

The officer said he also noticed a black tarp over a barbwire fence, making entry onto the property easier.

Anyone with information about the church theft is urged to call the Orlando Police Department.
