PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -

Erik Brown, 36, was arrested for simple battery after he threw a Taco Bell burrito in his teenage brother-in-law's face earlier this month.

The boy didn't suffer from any injuries - except a loss of appetite.

Brown reportedly heard his brother-in-law, who is 16, arguing with his mother. When the teen asked for his mother to bring him his burrito, Brown chucked it into the teen's face, CBS Tampa Bay reports.

Deputies say that when Brown was handcuffed he made comments that he would "take care" of the teenager and when he got out of jail the boy "was going to get knocked out."

Brown is scheduled to be arraigned on March 20. Brown was charged with simple battery and booked into the St. Lucie County Jail.
