Attorneys for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watchman who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, have released new evidence on Thursday, including pictures of Martin's cellphone.
The documents were posted on Zimmerman's defense website, GZLegalCase.com, titled the State's 12th supplemental discovery.
The evidence included pictures of Martin's T-Mobile Android phone, which he was reportedly on with Witness 8 when he and Zimmerman had a confrontation.
Zimmerman, 29, claims he shot Martin in self-defense inside a gated Sanford community and has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.
Zimmerman's murder trial is scheduled to begin June 10.
