Melbourne Police have found the Black 2012 Hyundai Accent that is registered to a woman who was found dead in her home last week.

Melbourne Police have arrested a man who they say stole the car of a woman who was found dead in her home last week.

Matthew Sharp, 22, has been charged with grand theft after police say they found Sharp and two other men in Leah Yoresh's Black 2012 Hyundai Accent on Thursday at a RaceTrak gas station.

The three men were interviewed and during questioning, probable cause led police to arrest Sharp on charges of stealing the car. Sharp was taken to Brevard County Jail and the other two occupants were released because they aren't being charged with stealing the vehicle, police said.

Police said Yoresh's death is still under investigation. Yoresh's body was found in a pool of blood last Friday by a friend, who was able to peer into the home and spotted Yoresh on the floor.

Reports from the initial police response indicate signs of a struggle, and the rear sliding-glass door of the home was open.
