Dr. Albert Esmailzadeh was ordered to no longer help women patients after several women made complaints that he touched them inappropriately.

In March, Florida Surgeon General John Armstrong issued an emergency license restriction on Esmailzadeh, a doctor at The Back Center in Melbourne, Florida Today reports.

According to Armstrong's order, Esmailzadeh was accused of touching four women patients inappropriately between January 2011 and January 2013.

“Dr. Esmailzadeh abused the trust (the patients) placed in him as a physician when he used his position to engage in sexual contact with them,” Armstrong’s order reads.

Esmailzadeh was fired from the clinic after the women came forward. He previously worked for Advantacare in Daytona Beach.

He is currently facing no criminal charges.
