Orange County, Fla. -

The family of Torey Breedlove announced today that they are suing the Orange County Sheriff's for Breedlove's death.

Almost two years ago, deputies fired 137 shots at the suspected car thief, 22 of which hit him.

Deputies claim that Breedlove was trying to ram officers with his truck when they fired.

The lawyers representing Breedlove's family say the Orange County Sheriff's Office lied about that night.

Tiffany Breedlove, Torey's sister, says the family is suing to prevent others from getting gunned down like her brother.
