Orlando 9-year-old boy reported missing found safe

Orlando Police are searching for a 9-year-old boy who went missing after being dropped off at a city park.

ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orlando Police have found the 9-year-old boy who was reported missing after being dropped off at a city park.

Police said Karim A. Daniels was dropped off at Lizzie Rogers Park around 6 p.m. Thursday by a family member. When the family returned to the park at 7:30 p.m., Daniels could not be found.

Police searched the area for several hours with K-9s and a helicopter. The boy was later found at a family member's home on South Lakeland Avenue in Orlando. It's believed the boy was with the family members overnight.

No other information was immediately available.
