OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. -

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies have found the teen girl reported missing earlier this week.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies said the 16-year-old foster child never returned home and didn't have medication for her transplanted liver.

Destinee Fields disappeared on Jan. 25 after she called home from school and asked if she could stay later but was told no, according to deputies.

She was found on Thursday afternoon and was in good health, according to Osceola County deputies.
