ORLANDO, Fla. -

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 75-year-old Palm Bay man.

According to Florida Today, Robert Gamache left his home in the 200 block of Broyles Dr. SE about 2:15 p.m. Monday and was expected to return about 4 p.m., police said.

At 5 p.m., Gamache bought something at a Shell gas station in Melbourne, but he has not been located since. Police are concerned for his well-being because of the man’s medical history, according to Florida Today.

Police said he may be driving a tan Ford pickup with Florida license plate 8941BE. The elderly man is known to travel on U.S. 1 to Vero Beach and Fort Pierce, but police said he recently moved to Palm Bay and gets lost periodically.

Anyone who sees Gamache should call 9-1-1 or the Palm Bay Police Department at (321) 952-3456.
