CASSELBERRY, Fla. -

Police are investigating a burglary after someone used a brick to smash the front door of a Casselberry jewelry store.

Police received an alarm call around 1:45 a.m. to Kiphuth Jewelers, which is located at 1555 State Road 436.

When officers arrived on scene, they found shattered glass on the ground and a large brick inside the store.

Two jewelry cases were also smashed and several pieces of jewelry were taken in the burglary, according to police.

Witnesses reported seeing two hooded men leaving the area when an alarm started to sound, but it's unknown if they were responsible for the crime.

The store owner said this is the third time the store has been robbed in less than a year.

Police said there is no known surveillance video of the heist.
