ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. -

Altamonte police are looking for a man they say robbed a TD Bank on Saturday.

At 10 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a silent hold-up alarm at TD Bank, located at 514 East Altamonte Drive.

Upon arrival, patrol units were advised a man entered the bank and brandished a black hand gun at the teller, demanding he turn over all the money he had.

Police said the teller complied with the man's demands, and he fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man was described by police as a black man between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black stripes, and also had on a bright purple hat, with an unknown white logo.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS.
