HILLIARD, Fla. -

Three young Nassau County children were found safe Thursday night in Charlton County, Ga. after authorities say they went missing over a week ago.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said 1-year-old Harley Wade, 2-year-old Luke Wade and 3-year-old Henry Wade were previously last seen on Coyote Drive in Hilliard on Oct. 2.

Authorities said the three children might have been in the company of 29-year-old Amy Cline and 31-year-old Edward Wade.

WJXT-TV reports Edward Wade, the children's father, was arrested for meth a few weeks ago, according to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office.

The Department of Children and Families went to pick up the children on Oct. 2, but the Sheriff's Office said no one was home. DCF asked for the Sheriff's Office's help on Thursday.

Deputies said the three children were found safe Thursday night in Charlton County, Ga.

No other details were provided.
