The Brevard County Sheriff's Office is trying to find a man who cut off his GPS tracking device and vanished.

42-year-old Keith Weber is accused of a domestic violence attempted murder in Orange County back in 2001. The GPS device was tracking his every move, but investigators say on Thursday, Weber cut the device off then threw it into a lake near Cape Canaveral Hospital.

Deputies tell Local 6 they don't know if Wheeler has access to a weapon but that he should be considered dangerous. He was last seen in the area of the hospital riding an unknown colored bicycle.

Anyone who sees Weber or knows where he is should call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
