Evan Lambert reports on a drive by shooting at Best Buy in Altamonte.

Prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty against twin 19-year-old brothers accused of shooting and killing man last month in Altamonte Springs.

A notice of intent was posted Tuesday on the Seminole County court's website.

Christopher and Manuel Rodriguez were indicted last week on first-degree murder charges in the Jan. 20 shooting death of 22-year-old Tevin Davis.

The shooting occurred in broad daylight, around 1:30 p.m., in front of the Best Buy near State Road 436 and Weathersfield Avenue.

Police said the shooting was not a random act of violence, as Davis and the Rodriquez brothers were known acquaintances of one another.  The motive for the shooting, however, is not known.
