BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -

Brevard County deputies said at least one man is in custody after leading them on a pursuit from Palm Bay to Titusville.

Palm Bay police told Local 6 the initial call came in around 1:55 p.m. Sunday about a reckless driver on Interstate 95 heading north.

Police said they discovered the pickup truck was stolen and attempted to pull over the driver.

An officer got behind the driver who was weaving in and out of lanes, but would not pull over.

Police said they do not have a pursuit policy, so it was broken off and the Brevard County Aviation Unit was called in to follow the car.

Deputies said when the chopper was overhead, they followed the stolen truck into Titusville.

The driver got off the interstate and went to a home where an arrest was made, deputies said.
