Deputies investigate after 5 vehicles stolen from Ford of Ocala

OCALA, Fla. -

Police are searching on Tuesday for multiple suspects involved in vehicle thefts from a dealership amounting to nearly $240,000.

Three Ford F-250 4x4 diesel trucks and two Ford Mustang cars were stolen from Ford of Ocala around 4 a.m. Monday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

“It is believed at least five or more suspects may be involved in the theft of these vehicles,” an officer said in the police report.

Detectives are actively looking for additional details on this auto theft.

“We are hoping someone saw something at that time of morning, and now realizes they were witnessing a crime,” Marion County Sheriff’s Office PIO Judge Cochran said in a release. “We want that witness to call immediately and share whatever information they have about this case.
