Some conservatives have taken to social media to share how a Publix TV ad depicting a pregnant mother and her daughter preparing a meal is a "pro-life" statement.

Mashable.com reports the ad, which launched in 2012, makes no reference to unborn children but conservative bloggers are saying the ad 'salutes moms and unborn."

In the ad, the mother feels her baby kicking and tells the daughter to feel her belly and says her daughter should tell the baby how "great of a sister you'll be." The daughter then tells the baby, "you're really going to love Mom."

A Publix representative told Mashable the ad wasn't meant to serve a double-meaning.

"The commercial is meant to celebrate moms across our operating areas and to celebrate life’s most memorable occasions with Publix and food. The commercial was not intended to send any type of subliminal messaging," the representative said.
