Alan Davis was also arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license. He later posted bond and was released from jail.
Ten years ago, Davis got the nickname "Junkman" when he was arrested for letting trash and other debris pile up on his lawn. After several fines, he was sentenced to more than two years in prison.
Davis called the junk "art" and said the government was violating his rights to keep his property the way he wanted it.
"It is an eyesore," said neighbor Heidi Anaya.
Other neighbors say Davis' house has ruined the appeal of the neighborhood.
Davis has maintained displaying his junk on his property is within his constitutional rights.
"He thinks he's making a point, but he's making it at the cost of all his neighbors who would like to just live their lives," said neighbor Stacey Jennings.
Trash is again piling up in his yard near the Altamonte Mall. A hearing was scheduled for Thursday about the situation, but the county is seeking a continuance.
A judge could fine Davis for the junk or a lien could be placed against his home.
The county asked for a continuance on Wednesday for the violations and requested it to be heard at the next meeting on Aug. 14.
