ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orlando police on Tuesday continue to search for a kidnapped man whose car was found abandoned the previous day.

Jim Johnson Jr.'s white Cadillac CTS was discovered Monday in an apartment complex parking lot near Hiawassee Road and Colonial Drive.  Orlando police said Johnson's car was towed for processing.

Johnson was last seen around 9:45 a.m. Friday at Goolies Barber and Beauty at 1109 South Orange Blossom Trail.  No other details about his disappearance have been released by police.

"Mr. Johnson’s whereabouts are still unknown at this time.  As additional time passes, detectives are becoming increasingly concerned for Mr. Johnson’s safety," the Orlando Police Department said in a statement released Monday.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call Orlando police or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
