DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -

Police tonight are searching for a robbery suspect who robbed the 5/3 bank in Daytona Beach located off of Beville Road.

The suspect, described as a white male, 6 feet tall with a thin build entered the bank and handed the teller a note stating that the suspect wanted all of the hundreds, fifties and twenties. The note also said that the bank robbery was not a joke.

The teller gave the robber the money along with a dye pack which was placed inside of the bag that the suspect had.

The suspect then exited the bank and entered the woods located west of the bank.

The dye pack exploded along the way and the suspect dropped the bag. The hat and jacket the suspect was wearing were found a short ways away from where the dye pack had exploded.
