Orange County investigators say they have new clues in two murders from the 70s involving two teen girls.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -

Orange County investigators said on Thursday they have new clues in two murders from the 70s involving two teen girls.

Orange County deputies said the skeletal remains found in the 70s were positively identified as Nancy Grace Daniel a few weeks ago. Nancy had been missing since September of 1976 when she wanted to take a walk near Parramore Avenue, ended up getting in someone's car and was never seen again.

In 1977, a city worker found a set of skeletal remains near Lake Mann in Orange County. The same year Nancy's remains were found in the same place.

Other remains were found in the late 70s but have not yet been identified. Investigators are doing tests to try to identify the remains and see if the two cases are related.

If you have any information on the person responsible for the homicide, contact Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS. You could be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000.
