ORLANDO, Fla. -

Some big names stores will be opening up next week right across from one of Central Florida's biggest outlet malls.

What used to be Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede is now a new 110,000 square foot space called the Promenade, retail shops that will expand the already popular Orlando Premium Outlets.

For Betty Brown and Linda Freeman finding a good deal with so many stores to choose from was so shocking, they videotaped the Orlando Premium Outlet directory.

"We'll be back. We live in Arkansas, but we will definitely be back because we love it," said Betty Brown. "We can tell everyone at home how many store ya'll have."

Now, bargain shoppers like Brown will have even more stores to choose from. Crews are putting the final touches on 12 stores that will open next week including The Northface, Forever XXI, Gap, Tommy Bahama and the Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th.

"Perfect, I love it. I love Saks, so having it here will be a good idea," said Laith Tarawmeh.

Outlet shops are big business across the country and here in Central Florida retailers have been able to cash in attracting international tourists looking for designer duds at huge discounts.

"You compare the prices to the regular mall, you can save a lot of money by coming this way," said Tarawmeh.

"It's wonderful, it's heaven because with what they have here now you can spends days wandering in and out," said Vicki Naughtin, who is visiting from out of town.

The company that owns the space, Simon Property Group, won't disclose the cost of building the Promenade, but the company bought the property last year for $16 million.

The new shops will be 400 parking spaces and its own bus stop.
