Orange County Sheriff's Office said the man was spotted at 9 p.m. on Sept. 18 at the Best Buy on South Orange Blossom Trail.

Deputies said in the video, there are two incidents where the man appears to be placing his cellphone under the skirts of girls under the age of 10.

"We think he's dangerous, period," said OCSO Cpt. Angelo Nieves. "Because of the fact that he's got video voyeurism that he's involved in. He's touching the child as he brushes up against them. What else is he doing that we're currently unaware of? That's why we want to get him identified."

Best Buy security asked the man to leave, according to OCSO, and a second employee chased the man out to Orange Blossom Trail.

Deputies said they are worried the man's behavior could escalate. Deputies have not identified the victims and say parents need to talk to their children if they were the Best Buy at that particular time and location.

If you recognize the man, call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
