PALM COAST, Fla. -

Flagler County deputies say they nabbed a Palm Coast burglar after they caught him walking around the neighborhood carrying his burglary tools in a sweater.

Frank Debisceglie, 28, was arrested on Wednesday in connection to a home burglary on Warren Place.

Deputies said they spotted Debisceglie walking in the area of Wynnfield Drive carrying a sweater under his arm and stopping and staring at several homes. When deputies approached Debisceglie, they asked what he had wrapped in his sweater, to which he replied "work tools."

When deputies searched Debisceglie, they found a black beanie cap with eye holes cut out, a screwdriver, crowbar and gray gloves.

He was taken to Flagler County jail on charges of possession of burglary tools, burglary and violation of probation.

“The Safe Neighborhood Unit and our detectives did an excellent job in putting this man behind bars. They identified an area where a burglary had occurred and then moved in and concentrated their patrol efforts in that area which ultimately lead to the arrest of this individual,” said Sheriff James L. Manfre in a release.

Debisceglie is being held on no bond.
