APOPKA, Fla. -

A 21-year-old man was arrested on gun charges after a pickup that was used in an Orange County burglary was found abandoned along a dirt road.

Anthony Robbins was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon.  Two others were questioned and later released.

Sheriff's deputies said the pickup was stolen in Apopka on Monday night and was involved in up to three burglaries: two in Seminole County and one in Orange County.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called around 2:50 a.m. to a burglary at Evans Food Mart at 971 N. Goldenrod Road.

The truck was later spotted and officers tried to pull it over, but the driver took off and headed into Seminole County, deputies said.

The truck was located in Seminole County, but the driver headed back to Apopka and the truck was later found abandoned on Daisy Lane near Washington Avenue, deputies said.

Three people were detained a short time later after they were found in another vehicle, and Robbins was arrested.
