Police: Robbers target LaQuinta Inn

Orlando police said they are looking for two women and a man that robbed a hotel near International Drive late Friday evening.

ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orlando police said they are looking for three people who robbed a hotel late Friday night.

Police said a man and two women came into the LaQuinta Hotel at 5621 Major Boulevard around 11:50 p.m. Friday.

Police said they all had their faces covered and were armed with handguns.

The clerk was robbed and police said all three were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police said the trio do not match the description of other robbers who have robbed area hotels and this robber was not related to others.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS.
