ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -

Ormond Beach Police are searching for more victims after arresting a man they say was trying to rent out homes he didn't own.

Raymond Oliver, 34, was arrested on Friday.

Investigators say Oliver posted an ad on the online website Craigslist to rent a home on Hand Avenue. The actual owner of the home though was tipped off to the ad and called police.

Officers contacted Oliver pretending to be a potential renter. They say Oliver met them at the home and gave them a tour. He then accepted a $100 deposit.

The arrest report says Oliver had a notebook showing he took deposit money from at least five different people. Police are now trying to track down other potential victims. Anyone with information is being asked to call Ormond Beach Criminal Investigations at 386-676-3514.

Oliver is now out of jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
