Police: Man in critical condition after stabbing in Orlando

A man has been taken to the hospital in critical condition after Orlando police say he was stabbed in the parking lot near a restaurant.

ORLANDO, Fla. -

A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after Orlando police say he was stabbed in the parking lot near a restaurant.

The stabbing happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday at 749 South Semoran Boulevard.

Police said a Hispanic man in his mid-20s was stabbed in the chest and airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition. He was taken into surgery Saturday night.

Authorities said no one has been taken into custody at this time.

No other details were provided.
