CHICAGO -

Employees of a faucet-making company in Chicago reportedly staged a protest before work earlier this week because they say they were disciplined over their bathroom breaks.

CBS Chicago reports workers at the WaterSaver Faucet Co. said they have filed an unfair labor practices complaint with the National Labor Relations Board. The complaint allegesĀ  the company wrote up employees for spending too much time in the bathroom at work.

WaterSaver has also been negotiating a new contract with their 140 unionized workers, CBS reports.
