ORLANDO, Fla. -

A building near the University of Central Florida was evacuated Monday afternoon because of a suspicious package.

The package, which was emitting an odor, was found around 12:30 p.m. at the front entrance of a building at 11474 Corporate Boulevard near University and Rouse in Orlando.

A hazmat team was called to investigate the package, which was later deemed safe.  Employees were later allowed to re-enter the building.
