ORLANDO, Fla. -

Orange County deputies are trying to figure out if the same man robbed a Waffle House at gunpoint for the second time in two weeks.

The latest robbery happened late Sunday night at the Waffle House located at 8903 South Orange Blossom Trail near Landstreet Road.

According to deputies, a man entered the restaurant and demanded cash before running away with an undisclosed amount of money from the register.

Deputies were not able to locate the culprit, but detectives are trying to determine if the same man was responsible for a robbery less than two weeks prior.

On September 12th the same Waffle House restaurant was robbed at gunpoint by a man who has not been captured.

No diners were robbed and no one was injured in either incident.

A detailed description of the man has not been released by deputies.

Detectives have collected surveillance video and are looking for a possible connection between the two robberies.
