Authorities are searching for the two women suspected of shoplifting and dragging a police officer who was trying to investigate across the parking lot with their car.

MELBOURNE, Fla. -

A woman accused of shoplifting and dragging a Melbourne police officer was arrested Tuesday night, but officials continue to search for another woman in connection with the incident.

Tosha Wilson, 34, was arrested in Palm Bay in connection with the incident, which occurred September 18.

Wilson is accused of dragging Melbourne police Officer Joe Yorkey with a vehicle.  Police said Yorkey was investigating a retail theft complaint at the Bealls Outlet on Babcock Street when Wilson drove from the scene, dragging him through the parking lot.  Yorkey sustained minor injuries.

Melbourne police said Wilson was with another woman when the incident occurred, and detectives still want to question her.

Wilson faces charges of battery on a law enforcement officer.
