A potential security threat forced a Delta flight to land at a remote airfield in Denver on Friday, Reuters and Fox News reported.

The flight from Detroit to Denver had already landed in Denver landed safely, Fox News said.

According to Reuters, the passengers were bused to a separate part of the airport and were being interviewed by FBI officials.

There is so far no indication of the nature of the potential security threat.
