Lows early Thursday dipped into the 50s in the Orlando area, and the high temperature will reach the upper 70s.

"The front that moved through Wednesday pushed into South Florida with much drier air behind it," said meteorologist Troy Bridges, who added there's no chance of rain in the area through the middle of next week.

Morning lows will be even cooler Friday morning, with 50-degree temperatures area-wide.  Some parts of northern Marion county will get close to the 40s.

The high on Friday will reach 80 degrees in Orlando, with weekend highs in the upper 70s.  Overnight lows will be in the upper 50s.
