Temperatures stay hot in Central Florida

The Orlando-area forecast from Troy Bridges for Friday, May 17, 2013.

ORLANDO, Fla. -

Hot temperatures will be the norm across Central Florida this weekend, and the heat's expected to linger.

"High temperatures hover near 90 degrees through the end of next week," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Overnight lows will be near 70 degrees.

Rain chances stand at 30 percent for Saturday.

By Sunday, rain chances drop to 20 percent.
