Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges' forecast for Orlando and Central Florida.

ORLANDO, Fla. -

It will continue to be hot and humid in Central Florida on Friday, although drier air will reduce the coverage of rain.

Temperatures will reach 93 degrees in Orlando with a feel-like temperature of 100.

Rain chances will be at 30 percent across the region as the east coast sea breeze pushes inland, Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.  Some storms could be strong, with heavy rain and strong wind gusts mainly west of the Orlando metro.

The high will be 93 on Saturday, and rain chances will be lower by Sunday, with a 20 percent coverage area and a high of 95 degrees.
