A new report by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) found that New Hampshire is the best state to live in the U.S. for many reasons, one of which is its low crime rate.

Negligent security is a liability law involving a property owner’s responsibility to keep people safe while they are on their property.

If a property is not properly secured, violent crimes can occur that can result in injuries or even wrongful death.

Some places commonly affected by negligent security include:

  • Apartment buildings
  • Amusement parks
  • Commercial businesses
  • Sports arenas/stadiums
  • Malls
  • Schools
  • Hotels/motels

If you believe you have a negligent security case, please consult an attorney for advice.
